Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time remote Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage invoicing, financial quality control, and data analysis for assigned projects while collaborating with various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, coordinating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
- Review contracts and work orders to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Analyze data to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
