Working remotely, the full-time Project Analyst Accounts Receivable Specialist will serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, ensuring accurate invoicing and financial quality control while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and financial terms for assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Utilize data analysis to identify budget issues and optimize project performance
- Prepare monthly revenue files for accounting and coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
