Project Analyst Associate

Job Summary

Providing administrative and financial support to the construction financial services team, the full-time remote Project Analyst Associate will manage project-related financial transactions, track project progress, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the entry and tracking of requisitions, contracts, and purchase orders in financial and construction systems
• Support the review and processing of invoices, pay applications, and change orders
• Maintain up-to-date project files and financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field required
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, ERP, and project management systems is a plus
• Willingness to learn construction finance operations and asset management processes
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
