Project Associate, Healthcare
Job Summary
Leading a small team, the full-time Project Associate, Healthcare will review insurance application data for eligibility on State-based health insurance exchanges, manage project activities, and ensure efficient execution of tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review insurance application data to evaluate eligibility for Advance Payment of Premium Tax Credits (APTC)
- Determine and report on improper payments of APTC, resolving discrepancies and closing appeal cases
- Coordinate project activities, prepare project-related documents, and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience working with or for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance exchanges preferred
- Proficiency in Airtable or similar project management tools strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve project-related issues
