Project-Based Accountant
Job Summary
To support the transition to a new ERP system, the project-based Accountant will work remotely for one year, focusing on reconciling financial data, managing system integration tasks, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and the ERP implementation team.
Key responsibilities
- Handling settlements with suppliers, including reconciliation of revenue and payments, and managing invoice statuses
- Reconciling and managing virtual credit cards, including issuing and deleting cards as needed
- Communicating with colleagues to handle requests from hoteliers and process payments and related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- 2+ years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant
- Advanced user of Excel
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; Russian - C1
- Knowledge of 1C/ERP finance program
