Project Control Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Program Management Teams, the full-time remote Project Control Analyst will manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Management Teams to develop and update project budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and ensure effective project setup in CostPoint, including managing labor charges
• Monitor project expenditures for accuracy, report financial performance, and recommend corrective actions as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred, with experience considered
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
