Project Control Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the transparent tracking of cost, schedule, and performance metrics, the full-time remote Project Control Specialist will administer project controls systems, analyze variances, and prepare standardized reports for project leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Administer project controls systems and monitor budget performance and expenditures
- Analyze cost and schedule variances while maintaining an approved performance measurement baseline
- Prepare and present project controls reports, including earned value analysis and KPI dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in project controls
- Experience in project controls on large capital construction programs
- Strong knowledge of cost reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to develop executive-level dashboards and detailed supporting analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and project controls systems
