Project Controls Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Advisory practice, the full-time Project Controls Analyst will manage client projects to ensure they meet financial, schedule, and performance targets, with the option to work fully remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular cost reports, track actual and committed costs, and update forecasts based on project progress
• Lead project controls functions, including budget establishment, performance analysis, and contractor invoice recommendations
• Coordinate with project personnel to develop effective Work Breakdown Structures and communicate budget, cost, and schedule analyses

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4 years of related experience in project controls or equivalent experience/education
• At least 2 years of management consulting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in project planning and scheduling methods, practices, and earned value
• Ability to lead project controls functions for a diverse portfolio of projects
