Project Controls Coordinator

Job Summary

Joining a leading project execution team, the Project Controls Coordinator I will work in a flexible hybrid setting in Duluth, MN, focusing on project cost management, analysis, and reporting for a 12+ month contract role.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze project costs at the WBS level, including budgets, incurred costs, commitments, and forecasts using EcoSys and Excel
• Deliver timely and accurate cost reports to inform decision-making and conduct earned value measurements to anticipate forecast impacts
• Engage with Project Managers and Field Cost Analysts to review project costs, manage change orders, and ensure accuracy of cost transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-5 years of experience in cost analysis or project controls roles
• Proficient with Oracle and PCMS systems
• Intermediate or higher Excel skills; strong MS Office Suite proficiency
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reconciliation
