Project Controls Planner

Job Summary

Supporting project teams remotely, the full-time Project Controls Planner will develop and maintain schedules, track project data, and assist with reporting and analysis for projects of moderate complexity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules while tracking actuals, commitments, and forecasts
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles, identifying variances and supporting risk analysis
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs and maintain organized project controls documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in schedule management on capital projects
• Direct experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in cost and schedule management software
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
