Project Controls Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure quality project delivery and data integrity, the full-time Project Controls Specialist will manage project controls and governance processes remotely, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing compliance and reporting across global real estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain centralized project controls and data governance frameworks for consistent project delivery
- Collaborate with finance teams for cost reporting and ensure compliance with project-related data integrity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support training related to project controls and data governance
Required qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management governance or support role
- Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with reporting platforms such as PowerBI is a plus
- PMP or PMI-CP certification is preferred
