Key responsibilities
- Lead financial oversight by creating and managing cost and commercial management processes
- Drive change control by evaluating budget revisions and reviewing contractor invoices
- Ensure governance and compliance by contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in project operations
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical construction projects, particularly in corporate real estate or military settings
- Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and cost control systems such as Oracle or Tririga
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; PMP or P.E. certifications are desirable
