Job Summary
Supporting decentralized and hybrid clinical trials, the full-time Project Coordinator will manage study activities, maintain data within CTMS and GoClinical systems, and facilitate communications among stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update study information within CTMS and GoClinical
- Coordinate and manage research visit scheduling across study participants and sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day site communications and activity coordination
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in clinical research
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable clinical research regulations
- Experience with CTMS or clinical databases
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
