Job Summary

Supporting operational readiness, the full-time Project Coordinator, Cell Therapy will manage project coordination and operational support for commercial and clinical cell therapy launches, ensuring timely access to accurate information for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate launch governance and execution meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing communications
• Maintain launch plans, milestones, and documentation while ensuring data quality in SmartLaunch
• Generate routine reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, project management, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or business operations
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management systems
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred
