Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring project milestones are met
- Act as a secondary point of contact for project stakeholders and prepare regular updates and reports
- Ensure project documentation is well-organized and that changes are communicated to the project team promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or management roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
