Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support project portfolio administration and reporting
  • Monitor project intake queue and assist with initial research to document business cases
  • Provide project coordination for maintenance projects and support project managers in removing blockers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School degree or 2-3 years of experience and/or training
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Preferred: Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) Certification
  • Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
