Job Summary
To support a federal cybersecurity awareness campaign, the full-time remote Project Coordinator - Public Trust will manage campaign activities, assist with stakeholder communications, and ensure timely completion of deliverables across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support coordination of CyberCARE campaign activities from planning through publication, ensuring all components are developed and released on schedule
- Maintain project plans and tracking documentation for all campaign deliverables, including digital and physical materials
- Assist with the content review and approval process, managing feedback cycles and confirming final approvals prior to publication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, communications, or campaign management
- Internship or academic project experience involving coordination or campaign support will be considered
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling and documentation tasks
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
