Project Delivery Director

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of a major transit technology modernization program, the full-time remote Project Delivery Director will manage complex technical integrations, coordinate multi-vendor efforts, and ensure successful delivery from mobilization to rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process from design through to migration and handover, maintaining an integrated master schedule
• Coordinate software and hardware integrations while managing relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery plans
• Oversee system testing, phased deployments, and operational transitions, ensuring readiness and adherence to contractual commitments

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering complex technology programs with end-to-end ownership of large, multi-year systems implementations
• Proven ability to establish program governance and onboarding processes from the outset
• Strong understanding of software implementation, enterprise systems integration, and technical testing
• Demonstrated capability in managing program budgets, contractual deliverables, and supplier performance
• Credibility in executive-level communication and negotiation with senior customers and partners
