Project Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of environmental consulting projects, the full-time Project Delivery Lead will oversee project managers, ensuring safe and profitable project execution while enhancing financial performance, all in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery against scope, schedule, quality, risk, and financial commitments, conducting regular portfolio reviews with project managers
• Review client-facing cost estimates and proposal pricing, ensuring alignment with commercial terms and managing project risks effectively
• Provide coaching and support to project managers, enhancing their skills in client communication, financial management, and project delivery challenges

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in project management, project controls, or consulting operations, with a strong ability to assess project performance
• 8+ years of experience preferred, with consideration for candidates with fewer years and strong relevant skills
• Strong financial and commercial judgment, with the ability to interpret budgets and contract requirements
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within a matrix organization
