Job Summary
Managing multiple Life Sciences solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, the full-time Project Delivery Manager will maintain clear plans, ownership, and status while coordinating across various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring complete and on-time delivery of multiple projects
- Facilitate requirements discussions and document all necessary project details, including acceptance criteria and responsibilities
- Coordinate the transition of completed projects to Delivery & Operations, ensuring all documentation and ownership are clearly defined
Required qualifications
- Completion of a postsecondary degree, certificate, or comparable structured educational program
- Five or more years of practical experience managing healthcare data, technology, or complex cross-functional projects
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation
- Experience coordinating technical and nontechnical contributors without direct reporting authority
- General understanding of healthcare data structures and software development lifecycle practices
