Project Design Manager

Job Summary

Managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, the full-time remote Project Design Manager will create operational documents, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise Operational Specification Documents (OSDs) and customized test requisitions
• Serve as a project contact with Sponsors and CROs, maintaining communication and adherence to timelines
• Assist with project-specific training and mentor new team members to ensure knowledge transfer and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service and project management within clinical research or central laboratory settings
• Ability to interpret project-specific budgets and manage financial aspects of clinical trials
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
