Project Design Manager
Job Summary
Managing the setup and amendment of clinical trial projects, the full-time remote Project Design Manager will create operational documents, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Create and revise Operational Specification Documents and customized test requisitions
- Serve as a project contact for Sponsors and CROs, maintaining communication and adherence to timelines
- Assist with project-specific training for internal staff and mentor new team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of setup-related or project management experience
- Associate's degree and 5-6 years of central laboratory or related clinical experience
- Experience in customer service and project management
- Clinical Research, Central Lab, and/or Project Management experience outside of LabConnect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
