Project Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading project design for Tier 2 & 3 locations globally, the full-time Project Design Manager will analyze, plan, and manage interior non-structural construction projects while ensuring compliance with design standards and building codes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and confirm project goals and design outcomes in alignment with workplace standards
• Develop contract documents, including schematic and construction drawings, to communicate design intent
• Oversee coordination with allied design professionals and manage client design standards for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification
• Three to five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, with Revit experience required
• Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite and effective interpersonal communication
