Project Design Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting project setup activities remotely, the full-time Project Design Specialist will create and amend requisitions, kit builds, and database items based on client requirements, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and create or revise customized test requisitions and collection kit specifications
• Provide regular status updates on setup progress and assist with database setup in collaboration with internal departments
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert during internal calls to support project initiation and ensure alignment with client expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in clinical research or project management is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to interpret and analyze various forms of instructions and documentation
