Project Director

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day delivery of allocated Scope of Work, the full-time Project Director will manage internal teams and coordinate with consortium partners to ensure engineering, procurement, construction, and quality performance are achieved in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities in line with contractual requirements
• Manage project managers and functional leads to ensure effective project execution and budget control
• Oversee project risks, compliance with quality standards, and provide timely reporting on project progress and key metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
• Minimum 15 years in major EPC/infrastructure/energy project delivery, with significant experience in a senior Project Director or PM role
• Experience in a multi-party or consortium project structure
• Practical experience delivering projects in Algeria or comparable North African markets
• Fluency in English
