Project Director

Job Summary

Leading a team of professionals, the full-time remote Project Director will manage customer relationships, oversee operational excellence, and influence budgets while ensuring the delivery of maintenance services and solutions in a complex industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns portfolio customer relationships and drives operational excellence within assigned areas
• Interprets business challenges to recommend best practices for product and service improvements
• Leads functional teams or projects, presenting solutions and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field
• Significant experience in project management within power generation or related industrial environments
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects with accountability for financial and operational outcomes
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing project managers in a matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, resource planning, and risk management in complex operational settings
