Project Director, Integrated Care

Job Summary

Leading a national, multi-year training and technical assistance center, the full-time Project Director, Integrated Care will manage project strategy, oversee federal grants, and coordinate partnerships remotely while ensuring alignment with integrated care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project strategy and design, translating federal grant goals into technical assistance plans
• Serve as the primary liaison to federal project officers, ensuring compliance with grant terms and managing project budgets
• Manage external partnerships and oversee procurement and contracting processes for project-related agreements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects, particularly federally funded initiatives
• Deep expertise in integrated health and whole-person care, especially in primary care and behavioral health integration
• Experience managing large federal grants or contracts involving training and technical assistance
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and make informed decisions in complex environments
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, public health, mental health, or a related field
