Project Director of Virtual Services

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Project Director of Virtual Services will manage a national portfolio of virtual resettlement programs aimed at expanding access to essential services for refugees across the United States, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of virtual programs that enhance service delivery for refugees and newcomers
• Oversee interagency collaboration and foster strategic partnerships to strengthen virtual service delivery and program expansion
• Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and compliance with program requirements, utilizing data-driven approaches to demonstrate impact

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in refugee resettlement and familiarity with initial resettlement programming
• 3-4 years of program management experience, with a preference for experience in scaling program responses
• Master's degree in a relevant field such as non-profit management, social work, or international development
• Proven financial management skills and experience managing contract-based budgets
• Fluency in written and spoken English
