Project Director, RUSH

Job Summary

To lead an innovative health policy research project, the full-time Project Director, RUSH will oversee research activities, manage student research teams, and engage with outside experts to develop reports on systemic healthcare issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage research programs, conducting outreach to stakeholders and making program improvement recommendations
• Source, collect, and analyze data to create reports and evaluate alternative solutions for program goals
• Teach and assist in course administration, develop curricula, and provide detailed feedback for course improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans
• Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources
• Advanced degree may be required for some programs
• Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans
