Project Engineer II

Job Summary

Supporting utility-scale solar and related infrastructure projects, the full-time Project Engineer II will manage defined scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and track schedules and budgets in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scopes and ensure alignment with contract requirements and client expectations
• Coordinate internal teams and external subconsultants to deliver timely and accurate project outputs
• Track project schedules and budgets, identifying risks or scope changes early for escalation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or an associate's degree with substantial relevant experience
• 2+ years of project management experience in engineering consulting or renewable energy
• Experience managing project documentation and tracking deliverables with high accuracy
• Ability to apply standard project management procedures and escalate risks as needed
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to rent vehicles for site visits
