Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Driving initiatives to enhance the Engineering function, the full-time remote Project Engineering Manager will develop and manage a project engineering team for BWRX300 small modular reactor projects, ensuring effective coordination of resources, schedules, and budgets while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project engineering teams for detailed site-specific designs, ensuring project scope is delivered within budget and schedule
• Influence strategy development and resource control while managing a team of project engineers and coordinators
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services based on industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Engineering/Technology and Project Management, equivalent to a master's degree
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college
• 8+ years of Project Engineering or Project Management experience
