Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time remote Project Estimator will support the sales team by creating accurate pricing proposals for laboratory furnishings across various sectors, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the accuracy and on-time delivery of quotations and scope letters throughout all project stages
- Create cost estimates and order processing documents to ensure job requirement accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to understand customer project requirements and provide recommendations and submittal packages
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Mathematics, or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP software, 2020 Worksheet, AutoCAD, Revit, Salesforce, or C4C is preferred
- Ability to read specifications, construction documents, and architectural drawings
