Project Evaluator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Evaluator to conduct a final evaluation of a project aimed at strengthening societal resilience to disinformation in Moldova.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the final evaluation, including developing an inception report and evaluation methodology
• Conduct a thorough desk review and mixed-methods data collection, including interviews and surveys
• Prepare and submit evaluation reports, incorporating stakeholder feedback and ensuring ethical standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in social sciences, evaluation, communications, international relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting evaluations of donor-funded or development projects
• Experience in designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluations
• Familiarity with the political and civil society landscape in Moldova or similar contexts
• Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian and/or Russian is advantageous
