Project Evaluator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Evaluator to conduct a final evaluation of a project aimed at strengthening societal resilience to disinformation in Moldova.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the final evaluation, including developing an inception report and evaluation methodology
- Conduct a thorough desk review and mixed-methods data collection, including interviews and surveys
- Prepare and submit evaluation reports, incorporating stakeholder feedback and ensuring ethical standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in social sciences, evaluation, communications, international relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting evaluations of donor-funded or development projects
- Experience in designing and implementing mixed-methods evaluations
- Familiarity with the political and civil society landscape in Moldova or similar contexts
- Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and fluency in English; knowledge of Romanian and/or Russian is advantageous
