Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC
Job Summary
To support high-profile construction projects, the remote/hybrid Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC will manage and guide project teams, oversee complex projects, and develop strong client relationships while ensuring project profitability and adherence to schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers and other project management personnel
- Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability while collaborating with team leaders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry managing projects valued at $75MM or more
- Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, or CCM are a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Extensive experience with construction project budgets and management processes
- Proficiency in construction and project management software, such as Procore
