Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC
Job Summary
To support high-profile construction projects, the remote Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC will manage and guide teams, mentor project managers, and oversee project profitability while working in a hybrid travel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
- Oversee high-profile and complex projects, managing schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Collaborate with team leaders to allocate resources and ensure project timelines are met
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry managing projects valued at $75MM+
- Relevant certifications such as SPMP, PMP, or CCM are a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Extensive experience with construction project budgets and management software (e.g., Procore)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards
