Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC
Job Summary
To support high-profile construction projects, the remote/hybrid Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC will manage and guide project teams, mentor junior staff, and oversee project profitability from inception to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
- Oversee high-profile and complex projects, managing schedules, budgets, and profitability
- Collaborate with team leaders to allocate resources and ensure project success
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, managing projects valued at $75MM+
- Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
- Proficiency in construction and project management software (e.g., Procore)
