Project Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Project Finance team, the full-time Project Finance Analyst will monitor project profitability and financial performance while collaborating with Project Managers to track forecasts, identify risks, and assist in budget preparation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in tracking operational progress and ensuring accurate unit tracking monthly
• Support revenue tracking activities and analyze cost-to-complete forecasts under guidance
• Contribute to budget and proposal preparation, including costing outputs and payment schedules

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated relevant finance or accounting experience, with project accounting/analysis preferred
• Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software packages
• Knowledge in financial modeling techniques
