Project Finance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Finance Manager to oversee the financing of solar projects across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with debt and tax equity investors to source, negotiate, and close financing commitments
- Lead finance transactions from structuring through close, including negotiations and due diligence
- Build and manage complex financial models to support project financing and investor presentations
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in solar and/or energy project finance or banking
- Proven ability to lead, negotiate, and close debt and tax equity transactions independently
- Expertise in solar and/or BESS development processes and tax equity structures
- Active network with tax equity and debt providers in the solar industry
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and GAAP principles related to project finance
