Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the financial management of Aero New Units projects, the full-time Project Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and risk management while collaborating closely with project, operations, and finance teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and project closing in accordance with US GAAP
• Provide overall project financial leadership, including budget allocation and performance analysis to improve contract margins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive LEAN initiatives and standardization of work processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in Project Finance Management within complex project-based environments
• Solid experience in finance and accounting processes, including financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
