Project Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary project lead and client liaison, the full-time remote Project Implementation Manager III will manage client implementations from pre-project planning through go-live and post-go-live transition, ensuring effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned client implementations through all project phases, from planning to transition to ongoing support
• Establish clear client expectations, provide timely updates, and maintain a professional client experience
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable completion while coordinating with internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent client projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience in delivering training or presentations and leading client meetings
• Ability to coordinate work across cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority
