Project Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading client implementations, the full-time Project Implementation Manager III will manage projects from planning through post-go-live transition in a remote role, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned client implementations, coordinating all phases from kickoff to transition to ongoing support
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing timely updates and maintaining a professional client experience
• Build and maintain project plans, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable completion across multiple projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent client projects with responsibility for scope and stakeholder communication
• Ability to coordinate work across cross-functional teams without direct supervisory authority
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain complex software functionality to diverse audiences
