Project Initiation Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and leading a team, the full-time remote Project Initiation Manager will manage the setup of clinical trials, coordinate cross-functional communication, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for management issues related to the setup of new or amended clinical trials
• Evaluate process flows, identify improvement opportunities, and develop training materials and SOPs
• Assist in hiring and mentoring Project Initiation staff to ensure effective project execution and knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) with a minimum of 5 years of setup-related or project management experience
• Experience in customer service and knowledge of clinical research or project management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with project management tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
