Project Lead, Client Onboarding

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end onboarding of healthcare clients, the full-time Project Lead, Client Onboarding will oversee project timelines and client communications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful integration into coding and billing services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, leading meetings to guide progress and address concerns
• Manage project timelines and tasks to ensure on-time delivery, identifying and escalating issues as necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate client data for system configuration and facilitate post go-live monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Five (5) years of related project management experience
• Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management specific to coding and billing
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking and complex project implementation skills
