Project Lead, Client Onboarding
Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end onboarding of multiple healthcare clients, the full-time Project Lead, Client Onboarding will coordinate client and internal meetings, oversee project timelines, and drive operational improvements in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process
- Manage project timelines, tasks, and communications to ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate post go-live monitoring to ensure successful implementation and transition
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) years of related project management experience
- Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management specific to coding and billing
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
