Project Lead - Data and Analytics

Job Summary

To lead client-facing Data and AI initiatives from discovery through delivery, the full-time Project Lead - Data and Analytics will manage projects, guide solution design, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks
• Provide direction and support to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals and providing strategic guidance on data and analytics solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, specifically with the Microsoft Data stack, including Power BI
• Proficiency in data analysis, database queries (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management, and IT methodologies, including Agile
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing project teams
