Project Lead - Speech AI

Job Summary

Owning complex projects from planning through delivery, the full-time Strategic Project Lead - Speech & Audio AI will manage end-to-end project delivery, client communication, and quality metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, staffing, and risks for speech and audio AI initiatives
• Translate client requirements into annotation guidelines and quality standards while managing client communication and escalations
• Define and monitor quality metrics, troubleshoot issues, and provide domain expertise across speech and audio workflows

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in AI data operations, project coordination, or delivery, preferably in a GenAI or frontier AI environment
• Hands-on familiarity with speech, audio, language, or conversational AI workflows
• Experience managing stakeholders and communicating effectively with clients
• Understanding of data quality, annotation workflows, and quality assurance methods
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
