Project Management Analyst/Scrum Master
Job Summary
Supporting a multidisciplinary Agile DevSecOps team, the full-time salaried Project Management Analyst/Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, manage project analysis and delivery coordination, and maintain documentation workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Scrum and SAFe delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team coordination
- Develop and maintain the Agile Project Roadmap, including project scope, schedules, and risk management plans
- Administer the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring traceability of requirements and deliverables while coordinating work across various technical teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Management Analyst, or similar role in technical programs
- Hands-on experience with Agile work in Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Experience translating contractual requirements into project roadmaps and schedules
- Current DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification and ScrumMaster certification required
