Project Management Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for top-tier clients, the full-time Temp Associate Director, Project Management will manage project lifecycles, develop detailed plans, and ensure collaboration across global teams while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of digital, content, and print assets
• Develop detailed project plans that include resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, tracking project priorities and deliverables

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to execution
• Strong project scoping, timeline development, and management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Google Suite or equivalent
• Familiarity with paid, owned, and earned media plans is a plus
