Project Management Associate Director
Job Summary
Coordinating and contributing to the planning and execution of global market access strategies, the full-time Project Management Associate Director will oversee cross-functional alignment among health economics, pricing, regulatory, medical, and commercial teams to ensure timely patient access and reimbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain comprehensive global project plans, timelines, and milestones for reimbursement and Health Technology Assessment submissions
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness and alignment with regulatory strategies and business priorities
- Monitor project-related budgets and provide high-level status updates and risk assessments to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare consulting
- Experience with US and ex-US markets is required
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred
- Market Access experience is highly preferred
