Job Summary

Supporting the Director of Project Management, the full-time Associate Director will drive growth and profitability through client management, new business development, and leadership, while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and existing client relationships to generate revenue and ensure contract renewals
• Lead proposal generation efforts and attend client interviews to present service offerings
• Provide effective line management and mentorship to project management staff, ensuring professional growth

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry
• Experience managing client accounts and project management teams
• Strong knowledge of the local construction market and project life cycle
• Demonstrated business development experience with existing and new clients
